Help Wanted!

  Friends! OK, I'm read y to say it..... I need help! I am planning to make a bunch of freezer meals to help ease the work load after surgery. Do you have a favorite freezer meal? Know of any tried and true recipes that even your kids love? Spam me with your favorites, please!
